MANSA's sense of pride in our work and dedication to quality finds its roots in its founder, Rodney Boyd. He graduated from Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering and completed 30 years in the Air National Guard, including service as a Civil Engineer squadron commander. Rodney also has a solid civilian track record of successfully managing multi-million-dollar military construction projects in the Federal Sector. As a certified Project Management Professional, Rodney’s expertise lays the groundwork for exceptional leadership and project management. Rodney's next mission is bringing professional construction expertise and dedicated craftsmanship to the Louisville community.
